Terms of Use
These Terms of Use contain the conditions under which web page http://www.ai-hungary.com operated by Digitális Jólét Nonprofit Kft. (1016 Budapest, Naphegy tér 8., company registration number: 01-09-986454, tax number: 23733251-2-41) may be used.
Purpose of the website
The purpose of the website is to display local and international news concerning artificial intelligence and the Hungarian Artificial Intelligence Coalition, and to serve as a platform to collect the overall achievements in the realm of AI. The use of the web page is not subject to registration. However, organizations can introduce themselves by filling out a form, and they also can send in technical presentations and case studies. It is up to the joint decision of the operator and the partner in question whether the information sent would be displayed on the web page. Rules on handling data contained in this web page is included in the privacy policy.
Use of the web page contents
• The user of the web page (hereinafter referred to as: User) is obliged to the following:
• User must indicate ai-hungary.com as source in the case of any material taken over from the web page in an unchanged text format or without any relevant modification.
• User may make copies or print-outs of the contents of the web page or certain parts thereof exclusively for private purposes. User shall not be entitled to any further use of the content of the web page for private purposes or a copy thereof recorded whether digitally, or on a physical data storage device (in particular, but not exclusively multiply, disseminate and store data in databases, make it downloadable, distribute or recast). Any use for private purposes may not serve generating or boosting income even in an indirect manner.
• User must process and publish the content originating from the web page without distortion, in a manner that avoids any doubt and is exempt of any negative connotation, and allows the text to be incorporated in the original context if necessary.
• In case any correction, modification or clarification has been made on the web page with regard to the published news or digitalization content, or the piece of news or digitalization content in question is withdrawn by the operator of the web page, User must effect the relevant corrections, modifications, clarifications in the material overtaken or on their service or publishing platform accordingly without any delay, or they make sure such actions are implemented, and they will not refer to the original piece of news or digitalization content even indirectly.
• User is fully liable for failure to correct, clarify or withdraw the piece of news or digitalization content in question, or in the case of inquiry, complaint or damage claim originating from third parties as a result of processing the news (e.g. change of title, recasting etc.), and they also acknowledge that in such cases the Content Provider and the operator of the web page bear no liability whatsoever.
• User may not store the content partially or in full beyond the legitimate scope of use (except for displaying it in environments other than the platform of use), they do not form a data base, nor do they make it accessible.
• User must add the following to photos taken over from the web page: “name of photographer, ai-hungary.com”.
• User may publish the caption of the photo only together with the image. Any other piece of news or text may not be illustrated with that image in case it would contradict the original message of the image, or would attach a different meaning or interpretation to it.
• User may not transfer the photo(s) to third parties for the purpose of re-use, nor create an archive from the photos.
• User may not change the message or content of photo(s) and accompanying text(s), with special regard to the persons captured, by photo-editing, cutting, computer-powered intervention (e.g. by merging contents), nor in any other way, and User must pay particular attention to observe the personal rights during the process of communication.
• It is forbidden to take over contents in a software-automated, or any automated fashion or indiscriminately.
Use of podcast recordings
User of the podcast recordings is obliged to the following:
• User must send a request for approval prior to using the podcast recording to [email protected], and they can start using the recording only after the approval has been received.
• User must indicate Digital Success Program as source when using the podcast recording.
• User must process and publish the podcast recording without distorting its content, in a manner that avoids any doubt and is exempt of any negative connotation, and allows the text to be incorporated in the original context if necessary.
• User may not store the podcast recording partially or in full beyond the legitimate scope of use (except for displaying it in environments other than the platform of use), they do not form a data base, nor do they make it accessible.
• User may not change the message or content of podcast recording, with special regard to the persons featuring the show, by cutting, computer-powered intervention (e.g. by merging contents), nor in any other way, and User must pay particular attention to observe the personal rights during the process of communication.
• It is forbidden to take over contents in a software-automated, or any automated fashion or indiscriminately.
Restrictions concerning use of content for direct for-profit purposes
• The content is made freely available for users. Consequently, it is expressly forbidden to provide news agency services, or any other services of similar or identical nature, on the basis of the contents of the web page, including the complete or partial selling of the content and integrating it in the news agency service.
• The podcast recording is made freely available for users. Consequently, it is expressly forbidden to provide news agency services, or any other services of similar or identical nature, on the basis of the contents of the web page, including the complete or partial selling of the content and integrating it in the news agency service.
Legal representations and miscellaneous provisions
• The operator of the web page strives to maintain the service in a flawless manner, but it is not liable for the functionality of the web page and the flawless operation of the services rendered thereby.
• The operator of the web page reserves the right to change the web page in terms of content, structure, and image, and it is not obliged to report those changes in advance.
• The operator of the web page does everything in its power that material displayed on the web page is free of computer viruses or any other malware.
• The operator of the web page is not liable for any presumed or real damage that arise from using this web page, or the dysfunctionality thereof, or that are caused to the User during the use of it. User uses the web page only at own risk.
• The operator of the web page is not liable whatsoever in case the Content is not accessible due to errors of compatibility or any other nature arising in the system of the User. The operator of the web page and the Content Provider are not liable for any delay, and presumed or real damage caused to the User.
User registration
Contents and services available on the web page can be accessed only by registered users with a User Profile (hereinafter referred to as: “Registered User”). Visitors with no User account can access and use contents and services of the web page only to a limited extent. Certain contents and services of the web page cannot be accessed without registration.
Registered Users are either private individuals or legal entities
Private individuals are obliged to provide the following details upon registration:

Private individuals and legal entities must accept the privacy policy on the use of web page AI Hungary and its contents. Information provided for registration purposes will not be shared publicly.
AI COALITION
Users are shown the introduction of AI Coalition, the brief description of its objectives, the members’ overview and the full member list, the organizational structure as well as the introduction of the board and the management.
On this page users have access to a membership application form by which they can apply to join the AI Coalition. Please note, though, that at the moment the Coalition accepts applications from Hungarian legal entities only.
When filling out the membership application, you need to provide the name of the company that wishes to join the platform, the name and address of the contact person, and optionally their phone number, and a brief description of the company’s activities.
AI ACADEMY
Subpage AI Academy features the AI Challenge everybody’s free to take up with the aim to spread the word to 1 M people about the potential benefits of artificial intelligence and to incentivize 100,000 people to complete a basic course on AI.
Under “Get a glimpse” you find everyday life use cases that are in daily use already, yet the tech behind them is not clear to many. Basic definitions, everyday uses and use cases are listed that users can explore themselves.
Under “Immerse” there’s a collection of basic courses that help master basic AI skills. That’s where information on the nationwide AI Challenge also is. The free Finnish basic course “Elements of AI” is also available in Hungarian.
Under “Use” those practical contents and applications become accessible to users that can be used during their work and their job, whereas available courses have been carefully selected for future AI professionals separately.

Users are free to browse and view contents of individual marketplaces. The full range of functions of the marketplaces such as posting ads and sending messages to advertisers by filling out related forms are available to registered users.

AI Hungary web page features European and Hungarian legislation and guidelines that are related to artificial intelligence. The original lay-out of individual documents can be accessed via external links.

The effective provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CIV of 2010 on press freedom and the fundamental rules of media contents apply to matters not provided for in these Terms of Use.
